To extend the lifespan of your bar make sure to keep your bars dry between uses. Use a draining soap dish, bar holder, or mesh bag to extend longevity. A dry bar is a long-lasting bar.

Our conditioner bars don’t lather like liquid conditioners, so don’t expect that bubbly feeling. While you might not "feel" it in the moment, there’s no need to overdo it, just trust the process. For best conditioning comb your hair before you rinse off the conditioner.

You might notice some oil marks on our packaging—totally normal! A bit of oil transfer can happen, but it won’t affect the performance of your bars one bit (we promise). If the residue seems excessive, feel free to reach out with a photo at customer@smply.co and we’ll happily take a look.

We don’t accept returns, and it’s not because we don’t care — it’s because we do. For sanitary reasons, we can’t take personal care items back.
